Terms & Conditions

The Festool Australia Referral Program rewards registered Festool customers who introduce new customers to the Festool brand. Both the referring customer (the "Referrer") and the newly referred customer (the "Friend") will each receive a $50 voucher upon successful completion of the referral, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

The referral process operates as follows:

• The Referrer shares their unique referral link or code with a Friend.
• The Friend purchases a new eligible Festool product and registers it for warranty within 30 days of purchase, using the Referrer's unique referral link or code at the time of registration.
• Upon successful warranty registration by the Friend, both the Referrer and the Friend will each receive a $50 voucher emailed to their registered email addresses.
• Vouchers are typically issued within 24 hours of the Friend's successful warranty registration being verified by Festool Australia.

Referral Program vouchers are subject to Festool Australia's Promotional Stacking Policy. In particular:

• You cannot earn a referral voucher on a purchase where you are simultaneously redeeming another promotional voucher.
• Referral vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, special-priced product, or redemption offer.
• Referral vouchers are not available for use with the Festool for Schools program.

If the Friend returns the product that triggered the referral voucher issuance under Festool Australia's standard Returns Policy, both the Friend's and the Referrer's $50 vouchers will be cancelled and must not be used. Any vouchers already used in subsequent purchases will have their value deducted from any refund issued.

Festool Australia's 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to products purchased using a referral voucher.

• There is no limit on the number of valid referrals a Referrer may make, unless otherwise notified by Festool Australia.
• Self-referrals are not permitted. A Referrer may not refer themselves using a secondary account or any other method.
• Referrals made through automated systems, bots, or any fraudulent means will be disqualified.
• Festool Australia reserves the right to withhold or cancel vouchers where it suspects fraudulent, abusive, or improper use of the Referral Program.
• Festool Australia reserves the right to request further information to verify the eligibility of any Referrer or Friend.

• Festool Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Referral Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• All referral claims are subject to verification by Festool Australia, whose decision is final and binding.
• Fraudulent or invalid claims will not be honoured and will result in disqualification from the Referral Program and future Festool Australia promotions. Festool Australia reserves the right to take further action, including legal action, against individuals or entities attempting to defraud the company.
• All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
• Voucher redemption is subject to product availability.
• We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in these Terms.
